Opposition "Institutional vs. Personal" in Legal Discourse

The article deals with the traits of legal discourse. The author attempts to disprove the widespread view on legal discourse as purely institutional type of communication. The author introduces a concept “personalized legal discourse”, reveals the features characteristic of personalized legal discourse.
