Actual problems of studying the history of Russian conservatism in the reign of Nicholas I

The article considers some topical issues of the studies of Russian Conservatism in the reign of Nicholas I. The author notes the specific features of the historiographic situation of the topic’s studies and points out the necessity of creating the theoretical basis of the topic and comprehensive generalisation of the data.
