Role and place of information risks in network

From the point of view of information risks very important that the Internet and social networks essentially changed ways of distribution of information characteristic for mass media which they concern. The future of social networks and the Internet is much more important than its present as they are capable to create virtual community of the people communicating through the Network. We are witnesses of the birth global hierarchically as the organized system - the Internet.
