GR and lobbying as a dialogue between state, society and business

Chimarov Sergey Yurievich  (the North-West Institute of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (St.-Petersburg))

The specific area of mutual relations of administrative, political and economic structures is considered in the article: lobbyism in its various aspects. According to the author, the expert in the field of GR is called for building effective relations between the employer and the power structures. Various forms of promotion of beneficial administrative decisions and their features are considered.
