Subjective determinants of professional orientation of the individual

The article discusses the relationship of value and meaning, and individual psychological components in the formation of a professional orientation. Analysis of professional orientation is based on identifying the psychological mechanisms of vocational guidance. Motivational aspect of professional self-determination is seen as a complex multilevel structure, which determines the formation of professionally important qualities of a specialist.
