The Monarchical organizations of the Russian empire in the historiography (1914 - february 1917)

The historiography study of the monarchical organizations of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century is essential considering the exponential increase of the publications devoted to the ideology and practical activity of these organizations. Both the absence of the historiographic works examining the monarchists’ activity within the period from 1914 till February 1917 and the necessity of such a research condition the peculiar timeliness of this article. The article gives the general overview of the historiography of the Russian monarchical organizations within the indicated period; it researched the state of subject knowledge, distinguished the current problematics. The historiographic researches devoted to the monarchical organizations’ activity study are the important component and the necessary condition for the comprehensive study of the political history of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century.
