Culture business merchants Vladimir province in the last quarter of XVIII - first half XIX centuries

The article discusses the development of a culture of entrepreneurial activity of the provincial merchant class. Professional development (business) ethics occurred in parallel with the formation of the class. This process is hindered by the imperfection of the legislative framework and underdeveloped capitalist relations.
