Is it correctly inclusion of the chechen language into the atlas of the world's languages in danger?

In spite of the there still serious problems with saving, especially the further development of the Chechen language, in the last decade ethno- demographic situation as well as ethnolinguistic situation in the Chechen Republic have changed a lot for the better. The inclusion of the Chechen language into the «Atlas of world languages in danger of disappearing» is bewildering in this context. It is easy to determine that the Chechen language is not fully fit to any of the 9 criteria used in such decisions.
