Forming "Conflicts competentce" among students

The article examines the necessity to study the theory of conflictology by students of all disciplines. The process of shaping “conflicts competence” both among students and faculty is a key component of efficient education process. The author argues that it contributes to the development of effective cross-cultural communication in the student community.
