Analysis of student self-reflection as a source of management reflection on higher education

the article presents the data of the sociological survey of students of the South of Russia in the sphere of higher education. Compiled and analyzed portrait of the student audience, investigated the causes of conflict in the University, with the participation of students and the degree of their satisfaction with the quality of education. Based on the analysis of answers to several questions in the questionnaire are formulated recommendations for the use of research findings in order to improve the efficiency of education management.
