Definition "Communicative competence teacher"

This article discusses the state of modern educational space and identifies current problems of development. Focuses on the issue of competence development. Based on a large theoretical material considered definitions of "competence" and "competence". Noteworthy detailed discussion from a philosophical point of view, the concept of "communication". Of particular interest is the conclusion that disclosure of the concept of "communicative competence of the teacher."
