Euroregion "Slobozhanschina": problems and perspectives

The article reviews the experience of cross-border cooperation gained through Euroregion «Slobozhanschina». Highlights key features of the model Euroregional cross-border cooperation. The basic cross-border projects implemented in the Euroregion. Identify problems and areas for further development of cross-border cooperation and collaboration between Kharkov and Belgorod region.
