Professional self as a leading activity master

a Key moment of transition of Russia to a two-tier system of higher education (bachelor and master) is the solution of accession to the Bologna process. One of the main goals of the Bologna process is the "promotion of mobility by overcoming obstacles to the effective exercise of free movement". This goal is realized only if the level of higher education in different countries will be most similar, and assigned to the learning outcomes academic degrees is readily comparable. Not to mention that it is directly associated with an increase in the importance of self-education master's degrees.
