Article investigates the study of political organs of the Red Army in the area of improving the morale of its personnel during the second half of 1918 to October 1919 Political bodies and organizations of the RCP (b) of the army in the fight for improving the morale of personnel of units and served as one of the most important structures in the administrative and legal, organizational, political, educational, material and social impact on the solution of the problem.
