Socio-anthropological perspective in the works on the history of Ancient Rus XI - XIII centuries .: Soviet and post-Soviet historiography

This paper investigates the historical studiers in history of Ancient Rus XI - XIII centuries. The author came to the conclusion that methods of social anthropology used by many scientists who have studied Ancient Rus. Very important studies have been done by ethnologists, historians of culture and textologists.
