In this article are presented interconnection and interdependence of companies efficiency and organizational structure`s homogeny. Here are observed key aspects of entering the structure by third-party agents and possible problematic zones connected with it. Basing on the research data the interconnection and interdependence of companies efficiency and social abilities of it`s structure elements are analyzed, possible threads are proposed that can appear in the company while graduated students without wide range of social abilities enter the system.
