New approach to the competence evaluation in foreign languages at non-linguistic high schools

The article touches upon the necessity to prepare highly qualified specialists capable to carry out scientific and professional activities in the modern conditions of the economic globalization. A great importance is given to the exchange of scientific knowledge and scientific research with colleagues from other countries, as well as business meetings with foreign partners. A new geopolitical situation requires the creative approach to making decisions on vital social problems.
