Methodical features of musical and theoretical training of future music teachers to professional activity in the context of education modernization

The basis for the development of the education system, according to the Concept of modernization of Russian education for the period until 2020 is based on such principles project activities implemented in the priority national project "Education", as the openness of education to external requests, the application of the design methods, the competition to identify and support leaders, successfully implement new approaches in practice, targeting tools resource support and complex nature of decisions. The current situation in professional pedagogical activity is characterized by active maintenance of standards at all levels of the education system. Professional standards are based on the norms that regulate the employment relationship and the teacher training that meet modern requirements. In the article the process of preparation of future music teachers to professional activity is considered in conditions of a developing educational environment. The urgency of the research problem, pedagogical conditions of efficiency of process of formation of professional readiness of the music teacher in teaching, presents the methodological characteristics of musical and theoretical training of future music teachers to the profession.
