How to interest students in improving their competitiveness

The article discusses specificity of modern requirements for graduated students and those education technologies that can be used to enhance students' competitiveness in the labor market, primarily due to the forming of competence development. It analyzes the usefulness of the researches, as training technology. Gives concrete examples of efficient delivered by the researches. Touches upon the method used in the study program of researches for Master and forms of use.
