Tysyatskys in istoriography

This paper is devoted to historiography institute tysyatskih. However, it still has not written a solid, comprehensive study covering all the data on the evolution of the Institute tysyatskih, their functions and position in the system of other authorities of Novgorod. Repeatedly voiced opinions about the social origins of Novgorod tysyatskih, their place in government. However, they, until very recently, in contrast to the first persons of the country, posadniks was not devoted to any special work, and the more comprehensive study covering all the data on their activities.
