On the issue of pragmatic changes as a result of omission transformation implementation in simultaneous interpreting

The article includes a comprehensive analysis of intentionally semantic omission strategy during simultaneous interpreting from Russian into English which leads to changes of pragmatic aspect of the utterance. Main methods providing for the implementation of this transformation and reasons for choosing them are defined and analyzed.
