Russian higher school in modern socioculturalterms searches the way of integration in outer educationalspace in accordance with the modern tendencies of reformation. The special actuality is acquired by competence approach that supposes forming of aim of education from a result. Exactly competence approach is an answer for aquestion about that, how to improve quality trade education,allows to do education more effective.
