The development of the Russian Federation at the present stage is characterized by increased attention of society to culture.
25 December 2014. Vladimir Putin approved the "Fundamentals of cultural policy of Russia" and noted that "culture is the main thing that gives any society, any nation... We will need to act to bring culture to the height of public purpose, to ensure that she really was a natural regulator of life, defined the actions of people affect their attitudes towards their country, family, upbringing of children".
It is worth noting that in our time, with particular urgency is the task of spiritual revival of society, the musical art solves the problem of humanization of education. The essence of spirituality is the communion of man to universal culture and values as guides of self-realization [3, p. 54].
Music is one of the strongest means for accommodation of a formative influence. Throughout human history music has been used in the upbringing of the individual. She artistically and indirectly reflects all aspects of life, and, therefore, can be used as a factor in the education of the whole person in modern society and not only its aesthetic side.
The paper clarifies the concept of "Musical creativity". The essence of the investigated phenomenon is the relationship and mutual addition of the constituents of musical and creative activity: motivational, cognitive, activity, emotional-evaluative, communicative; partially describes pedagogical conditions.
