Psycho-pedagogical culture as a new type of teacher feature

The article is devoted to the training of future teachers in terms of the formation of psychological and pedagogical culture as a component of general professional culture specialist. The article defines psychological and pedagogical culture, describes the component structure, system factors and essential characteristics. The system of organizational and pedagogical conditions improve psychological and pedagogical culture of the authors identify vitagen using technology. Particular attention is paid to the description of phases, mechanisms and conditions for the effective use of the educational technology. The authors believe that the high level of psycho-pedagogical culture of the teacher is a characteristic of a new type.
