Social work students as a means of identity formation in additional education system

The article focused on the disclosure of the concept of "social creativity of students" in art education, defined the conditions for its successful development in additional education system as a means of identity formation ready for self-realization and self-development. The received results allowed to come to a conclusion that in the course of training with use of educational preprofessional programs in the field of arts "Painting", "Design", an individual trajectory of development of pupils, inclusion on sociocultural environment increased indicators of success studying at art school. Thus social creativity - the activity included in the sociocultural environment of the pupil in which he self-actualizes on the basis of public and personal installations where becomes result as the created product, and development of the subject of creativity.
