Psychomental projection and features of the worldview of the military-political elite of the Russian Empire of late XIX - early XX centuries

The article analyzes the problems of the transformation of the worldview of the representatives of the military and political elite of the Russian Empire in the late XIX – early XX centuries. The paper gives a General characteristics of basic ideological installations, marking social reflection of the higher echelons of power. The author reveals the main reasons had a decisive impact on the degradation of style leadership in the country, the deliberate inhibition of the processes of the ongoing modernization of Russian society.
