Criteria and parameters of professional training of reserve soldiers in Institution of Higher Education

The article considers the problem of preparation of reserve soldiers in civilian universities with high professional military competence. We study the main indicator of the effectiveness of training reserve soldiers - his readiness to carry out military and professional functions. As a result of the author's analysis identified the following preparedness criteria: motivational, operational, procedural and productive. The parameters of each of these criteria were find out. We give the monitoring study results of the Siberian Federal University students preparedness level, enrolled in the program of military specialty "Electronic Warfare".
