BRICS association: foundation, features, problems

BRICS as a new mechanism for cooperation in the international arena to play a more prominent role. This union of countries to some extent different from other international organizations, this article discusses the historical context of the formation of the BRICS, its features, and analyzes the problems and challenges facing it in the future.
