Features of functioning of system of public education of the Irkutsk region under the conditions of mobilization development (1937-1953)

In the article on the materials of Irkutsk region presented features of functioning and development of the system of secondary, secondary special and higher schools in emergency conditions of mobilization for development. Preparation for war, the Great Patriotic war of 1941-1945, post-war recovery period and the beginning of the cold war brought about changes in the history of the country. The whole life of society, including the education system, were subordinated to the needs of that time. During this period, both the school and professional educational institutions functioned in extreme conditions, which required maximum mobilization of human, technical and material resources in accordance with the goals of the country.
