On the form and legal basis of the autonomy of the Bolsheviks

The basis of the policy of the Bolsheviks in the solution of the national question was the class principle of proletarian internationalism, to deny the real conditions of development of international relations. Therefore, the presence of national problems and conflicts in the new state denied that was untrue.
