Implementation of the policy of the USSR in the field of the housing problem in BASSR

The article reveals the software situation regarding the housing problem of the USSR and measures on creation of necessary preconditions for their implementation and realization in BASSR (Buryat Autonomous Soviet socialist Republic) in 1960 - the first half of the 1980s of the twentieth century. The analysis of the experience of conversion of housing and communal services in the period of rapid urbanization in one of the least prosperous regions may help to identify effective parties centralized reform designated areas. Helps to identify negative trends that lie in the problems of housing and communal services on the modern period in the BSSR.
