Teaching students in communicative skills in business telephone etiquette

The article deals with the specifics of telephone communication in a foreign (English) language, emphasizes the importance of a knowledge of business etiquette and foreign culture in business telephone communication. The author pays attention on psychological and cultural difficulties in telephone communication, analyses the necessity of forming telephone communication skills. Also some exercises focused on formation and development of communication skills are offered.
