The cooperation of universities and energy companies - the key to success in the preparation of the innovation manager

The article deals with issues related to the preparation of a new type of management for energy companies that meet the requirements of an innovative economy; actualized essence of the concept of innovation management and suggests ways to improve the training of professionals through the development of cooperation between technical universities and energy companies; theoretically justified competence model of innovation management; determined its functions and activities in the field of practical energy company.
