The role of state planning in the creation of Sochi-Matsesta resort in the 1930s

The article discusses the experience of the Soviet policy of paternalism in the construction and formation of the all-Union health resort of Sochi. It is proposed to scientific discourse the question of the role of the Soviet state in the establishment of a sanatorium complex of Sochi-Matsesta district. The evaluation methods of the power regulation of socio-economic processes in the period of industrialism. The article presents the long-term study of authors in social and economic history of Sochi.
