The relevance of the development of the subject area of the Concept "Art" in the Russian Federation at the present stage due to the need of formation of spiritual and moral values and guidelines on the basis of national and world culture. For the modern concept important are the following: the preservation of the continuity of "Art" subject area, strengthening of sys-tem-activity approach and increasing the professionalism of the teaching staff. The concept is aimed at improving the teaching of arts in education-al institutions, so the emphasis is on training competent viewers and lis-teners who have a need to communicate with the art and the ability to as-sessing the quality of a cultural object. To solve this problem requires a combination of high-quality artistic activity and knowledge of the artistic language of different art forms, including those based on computer tech-nology.
