On the equivalence of legal terms with texts translation of the criminal procedure subjects with French for Russian

The article analyzes the features of the translation of legal terms in the texts of criminal procedure topics. The author gives examples of the translation of the terms of the French legal and scientific texts, draws an analogy with the Russian equivalents, and offers options for translation solutions.
