Specifics of homonymy in the Persian language

Shemet Gennady Ivanovich  (candidate of pedagogical sciences, Cherepovets highest military engi-neering college of radio electronics)

The article deals with the problem of homonymy in the Persian language. The basic sources of homonymy, their specificity and singularity are dis-closed in it. Such lexical phenomenon as a presence of homophones and homographs in the Persian language is briefly characterized in this paper.
