The process of formation of motivation of a future professional activity of the future aviation specialists

The article touches upon the issue of formation of a positive motivation of the future aviation specialists as a necessary condition for the successful acquirement of the profession. Various approaches to the definition of the term and essence of motivation of the future professional activity as a complex and a multifaceted phenomenon are analyzed in the article. The process of the formation of the future professional activity is considered as a stadial phenomenon. Physical education takes a special place in the formation of motivation of a future professional activity of the aviation specialists, which nowadays offers advanced techniques in this area. This process is characterized by a complex, systematic and scientifically grounded influence on the motivational structure as an academic and extra-curricular activities of students and aims at providing long-term, stable internal motivation to aviation activities. The formation of motivation of professional activity is carried out in two directions: in the conversion of the common motives of the person into professional and in changing the system of professional motives due to changes in the level of professionalization.
