Formation of social competence of pupils in the multiethnic educational environment

The results of theoreticall studying of the question of formation of social competence of the individual was showed in the article: was defined it`s phenomenon, considered the principles and conditions of its formation. It was analyzed the relationship between social and professional as well as professional competence of students, defined the place and importance of social competence in students' future professional activities. Was made the conclusions about the social competence as a component of professional education in ethnic and cultural surrounding.
