Administrative-territorial reforms in Siberia as an example of the development of the optimal management mechanism

The article analyzes the peculiarities of public administration in Russia on the example of administrative-territorial reforms in Siberia. The author analyses in detail the problems of interaction between Stalinvest and regional tip. Administrative division of Siberia was quite specific, however, the experience of reforming this vast region is of interest not only to historians. According to the author, despite the shortcomings of managerial experience in Siberia could be used in the regional construction of a modern Russia.
