About the theory - methodical approaches to the organization of studying by school students of regional history

In article urgent problems of studying of regional history are considered and modern methodical approaches to the organization of studying by school students of regional history in the context of FSES are provided. The author formulated methodologically significant tasks on the organization of studying of regional history. Along with it, the author touches on issues which exist in the organization of studying by school students of regional history in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The author comes to a conclusion that the current situation with teaching regional and local history in the district can't be characterized positively. Considering approaches to the organization of regional historical education, offered by E. E. Vyazemsky, the author divides them and considers possible for application in creation of regional model of historical education.
