Agricultural policy of the Soviet Union in the assessment of Chinese historians

There is a wide range of objective reasons of the collapse of the Soviet Union, including the problem in the field of agriculture. From this point of view, the author of this article analyzed and studied soviet agricultural questions, hoping that it will be helpful for further development of this field not only in China, but in modern Russia as well.
