Distance learning as a form of professional development of high school specialists

Distance learning is a distinctive new organizational form of the educational process, which is based on the principle of independent retrainees teaching. The vast majority of the target audience is almost always completely at a distance and the degree of remoteness is very wide. At the same time distance learning allows at any time to maintain a dialogue with the help of modern means of telecommunication from almost anywhere. The methods of this dialogue include telephone, mail, e-mails, interaction with various Internet services (forums, chats), and so on.
