The concept of the phenomena is "professional and personal development" is disclosed in the article according to the professional standard of teachers and to the Federal state educational standard of General education. The author has presented the essential nature of scientific and methodological support as a purposeful process of interaction of teachers to implement professional and personal development. Structure of scientific and methodological support was modeled on the activities of the Deputy Director of the school and of ways to support. The author reveals the content of the levels (above subject, subject, personal) of scientific and methodological support of professional and personal development of teachers in educational organization.
