Readiness to organization of project activity of junior schoolboys as an index of innovative mobility of teachers of initial classes

The artiсle discussed the questions about the formation of readiness of primary school teachers to organize project activities. The author draws attention to the fact that by their nature and their vocation teacher is a creative person, the development of his creative skills and abilities professionally and competently solve problems, put forward a new standard of primary education depends primarily on the level of its readiness for this activity.
