Technologic and political-economic problems of oil production on the Caspian Sea in the 1990s

The article is dedicated to technologic and political-economic problems of oil production on the Caspian Sea in the 1990s. It analyzes a process of establishment of modern technological and technical infrastructure of the oil industry in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea in consort with foreign oil companies, as well as economic competition for new investments.
