Pan-Islamic doctrine as one of the factors of escalation of violence of the Armenian population in the Ottoman Empire

The article is devoted to the role of the pan-Islamic ideology in the oppression of the national minorities of the Ottoman Empire. It is planned to study the influence of pan-Islamism on the phase of "predogenocide" of the Armenian population.
