This work is devoted to the study of the problem of teenage self-realization in a co-management institutions of additional education. This scientific article reveals some interesting aspects of teen self-realization, depend ending on the impact of various factors on the teenager. The studied sources of literature reflect the modern views on the issues under investigation.
The most important thing in this article is the designation of the mechanism of self-realization, steps of determent the personal potential of a teenager, which reveal the essence of the mechanism.
It analyzes the process of education in institutions of additional education system and its interaction with basic education. The author provides an overview of the activities of institutions of additional education, the importance of including a teenager in additional training, in order to develop personal potential. The article provides a brief description of the content and the structure of the work of institutions of additional education, arguments of the difference of the general education from the additional.
Of particular interest is the conclusion: additional education as a socio-cultural process and the educational institution as a socio-cultural institution is the interest of the state as well as the civil society. The establishment of additional education is both a part of the social life, and the structure element, under the state control.
