On the issue of emotive causative verbs functioning in the German language

The present paper is concerned with functional potential of the emotive causative verbs in the German language such as amüsieren, beruhigen, beglücken, erfreuen, erheitern etc. The research is based on functional grammar illustrated by semantic category of causativeness.
