Appeal to the public as one of the forms of attracting young workers to the buildings of the West Siberian oil and gas complex (1964-1975 gg.)

this article discusses the causes of the shortage of personnel, analyzed the problem of attracting young workers from other regions of the country to the enterprises of oil and gas complex of Western Siberia in the mid 20th century. Clarifies the purpose of the establishment of the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Komsomol for the development of oil and gas fields in the Tyumen region. Describes the various forms of public call, Komsomol organizations held in this period and examines how organized the campaign for active involvement of the working youth in the development of oil and gas complex of Western Siberia(SSGC).
